How to apply for a US trademark at the USPTO
The tutorial below only explains how to file a US trademark application in the following specific situation:
• TEAS Plus application, using only goods and/or service categories listed in the USPTO database;
• Applicant is a US company (not a US individual, non-US entity, etc.);
• applying for a standard word mark (not for a logo, design mark, certification mark, etc.);
• filed based on Actual Use in US commerce (Section 1(a)); and
• working with an attorney.
